1. Customer Care & General Overview

Welcome to Rolling Oaks Ranch ("we," "our," or "the Ranch"). At our farm, customer satisfaction, safety, and community trust are fundamental to our mission. We encourage guests and patrons to reach out to us with any questions, comments, or concerns via our contact channels.

2. Working Farm & Agritourism Guidelines

Rolling Oaks Ranch is an active, working farm with free-ranging livestock, working equipment, natural terrain, and wildlife.

• Appointments: Day visits and farm stand pickups are strictly by appointment only to maintain ranch biosecurity and livestock welfare.
• Livestock Interactions: Guests may not enter fenced pastures, coops, or animal paddocks without ranch staff present and explicit permission.
• Supervision: Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times while on ranch grounds.
• Footwear & Terrain: Appropriate closed-toe footwear is recommended when exploring hiking trails or pasture perimeters.

3. Overnight Ranch Stays & Recreation

Overnight guest accommodations are booked directly via RollingOaksRanch.directstays.com and are subject to the following rules:

• Lake Access & Rowboats: Lake access is at your own risk. Life jackets are strongly recommended for all water activities. Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) rentals are available on-site for a rental fee ($).
• Fire Pit Policy (Seasonal): Open fire pits and campfires are strictly seasonal and must comply with all active Mariposa County and CAL FIRE burn bans. Absolutely no unauthorized fires are permitted during high fire season.
• Quiet Hours: In respect of ranch tranquility and neighboring wildlife, quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

4. Farm Products, Orders & Pickups

All agricultural products—including pasture-raised eggs and live heritage poultry—are produced according to natural, GMO-free practices.

• Pickup & Inquiries: Purchases and orders are coordinated via direct inquiry or on-site pickup at 5015 Silva Road, Mariposa, CA.
• Perishable Goods: Farm fresh eggs are unpasteurized natural agricultural products and should be properly stored upon receipt.
• Future Online Checkout: When automated credit card processing becomes active on this website, transactions will be processed securely via Stripe.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to fulfill inquiries, process reservations, and communicate with you.

6. Wholesale & Retail Channel Partners

We welcome inquiries from local restaurants, grocers, and retail partners seeking fresh, ethical farm products. Wholesale pricing, custom order schedules, and ranch tours can be arranged by contacting our team directly at Harvest@roar.farm.
